Located in the small village of Hawton, just outside historic Newark-on-Trent, StagHill Bakes is a passion project for Ian Brownhill and Michael Hirschl. Both are experienced and enthusiastic bakers who are now sharing their knowledge, skills and expertise with others. Ian is passionate about bread whilst Michael uses his Austrian baking heritage to show people how to make a range of delicious baked products.
