Cinnamon Buns, Kipferl and Austrian Breakfast Rolls

Join Michael, co-owner of StagHill Bakes, as he shares some delicious bakes to make breakfast extra special.

On the day you’ll learn how to make delicious cinnamon buns (these always sold out within an hour when they featured on our microbakery menu), Kipferl, which have been described as being the love child between a brioche and a bagel, and a selection of Austrian breakfast rolls.

The class runs from 10:00am to approximately 3pm. The class size is limited to a maximum of four people. A vegetarian lunch and other refreshments will be provided

Price: £130 per person

Includes: all of the baked goods, detailed instructions with recipes, vegetarian lunch and refreshments.
