StagHill Bakes offers regular bread making classes, either sourdough or using yeast, as well as one-off classes on how to prepare delicious Austrian treats. All classes take place in our home in the little village of Hawton, on the outskirts of Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire.
You don’t need to have any prior baking experience and we make sure that the classes are friendly and informal with plenty of time for practice and individual guidance. Each class includes all equipment, ingredients, refreshments, home baked treats, lunch, recipes and a big bag of baked goodies to take home with you. .
Being close to the A46 and A1 makes us convenient for people travelling from Lincoln, Nottingham, Leicester and further afield. We’re also easy to get to from both Newark Northgate mainline and Newark Castle stations.
